This is an attack on the statehood of Georgia - this statement was made by Secretary of the National Security Council of Georgia Davit Rakviashvili, regarding the leakage of information from the Ministry of Health.

The case concerns the leakage of closed correspondence between the Ministry of Health and the US Embassy and its availability in Moscow. The information leaked from Tbilisi has become a pretext for another propaganda wave of the Kremlin.

According to Davit Rakviashvili, it is not the first case when Moscow attacks the Lugar Laboratory and the Georgian side should give a strict response to similar cases.

"This is not the first attack from the Russian Federation and an attempt to discredit the Lugar Laboratory. No compromising material could be in the correspondence. This is all about the Russian propaganda.

This is not an attack on one minister, it is not an attack on one institution, it is an attack on the statehood of Georgia and our response should be very strong, "Davit Rakviashvili said.
