Nikoloz Avazashvili was guilty of violation in the last elections.

Members of the opposition say that Avazashvili can not be neutral because he makes political statements in their video footage and criticizes the opposition.

The members of the National Movement have already appealed to the DEC and demanded the dismissal of Avazashvili from chairmanship.

The secretary of the district commission answered the accusation and said that the appointment of Avazashvili was in compliance with the law.
