Interim Report of "Fair Elections" - The document covers the pre-election period from the first to the second round of elections. The nongovernmental organization indicates the widespread pressure, the bribery of the voters and the large scale of the use of administrative resources. Based on the identified violations, ISFED does not exclude that the legitimacy of the elections will be under question.

The facts of intimidation and pressure were noted in the report of the "Fair Elections." Out of 40 identified facts, there is only one threat to Salome Zourabichvili, the rest is about pressure on opposition supporters.

According to the report, the government addresses various forms of pressure on political grounds to gain votes for Salome Zurabishvili. The report describes concrete facts of pressure and intimidation all over Georgia.

Where the intimidation and threats are not working, the ruling party addresses other forms and offers the opposition voters 50 GEL in exchange for their ID cards. The "Georgian Dream" is trying to prevent opposition voters from participating in the elections.

While evaluating writing off the debts of 600,000 people, the ISFED writes that the fact of bribery of such a scale is unprecedented.
