Security Police Department will not be able to control private security organizations from July.
The Constitutional Court has recognized as unconstitutional the norm of the Georgian Law on Private Security agencies, which granted this function to the  state agency.
The second panel has partially satisfied the suit of several private security organizations.The Claimant Party considers that the State Security Department"s ability to control the market created an uncompetitive environment and they were in unequal conditions.
