Giorgi Vashadze presented the “Georgian Model of Education” within the framework of the “Aghmashenebeli Strategy”.

The model consists of 15 initiatives and 3 key steps aimed at achieving basic independence in the education sector.

“Education - this is the cornerstone that will solve the huge economic problem that is in the country. Our 15 initiatives complexly cover this whole topic.

The first and most important initiative we have is the National Board of Education, which will elect 80,000 teachers, professors in Georgia for a term of 7 years and they will determine the education policy in Georgia”, - explained Giorgi Vashadze.
