Lasha Sakania, an Adviser to the de facto leader of occupied Abkhazia resigned after the meeting with representatives of the Alliance of Patriots.

Sakania wrote in his own Facebook page about this decision.

“In order not aggravate situation in the society, I decided to resign voluntarily, but I want to emphasise that I have and always will defend the interests of our people and state”, - wrote Lasha Sakania.
