Russia opens a military commissariat near the Zemo Larsi border point

A military commissariat will be set up at the Zemo Larsi checkpoint, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia announced.

Persons, who have received the conscription, will not be able to cross the border of the country.

After the announcement of partial mobilization, a lot of people are trying to leave Russia through the mentioned checkpoint. Yesterday, Russian citizens were allowed to cross the border of Georgia without transport, by bicycles.
