Police detained 63-year-old man for murder of family member in Adjara

Police have arrested a 63-year-old man for murder of his daughter-in-law in the Khelvachauri municipality, Adjara.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the offender had killed the 40-year-old woman with a hunting rifle following a verbal dispute.

Arrested shortly after the act, the offender is set to face between 10 and 15 years of imprisonment.
