President of Georgia to address the European Parliament after a 13-year hiatus

The President of Georgia will address the European Parliament on May 31, after a 13-year hiatus - Salome Zourabichvili already left for Brussels on a working visit.

“The President will hold face-to-face meetings with the highest officials of the European Union: the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Mezzola.

On May 31, Salome Zourabichvili will address the European Parliament. Interviews of the President of Georgia with the international media are planned”, - reads the statement of Presidential Administration.
