We do not expect sanctions from partners. Such a statement made today the Vice Prime Minister of Georgia, Levan Davitashvili. As he added, the country has declared priorities in the foreign direction.
“Political instability, general instability and other and other threats affect the economy. The economy is sensitive, and the agents and counter-agents of the economy react instantly to it. Therefore, we understand that these are short-term effects, as for example with the exchange rate.
As for the long-term economic prospects, we expect the economy to continue its stable development.
As for political processes, there is no alternative to dialogue and communication. We have had many such political excitements. We have a very clear declared priority, it is related to the integration with the European Union, more cooperation with Europe, and all this will continue”, - said Levan Davitashvili.
