The World Bank’s Prosperity Data published the Absence of Corruption Index based on 11 years of research by the World Justice Project.

According to the report, Georgia ranked among the top 20 in Europe. The country earned 68% on a 100% assessment system. This places Georgia 18th in Europe, alongside Latvia and Malta, and 29th globally.

Besides, the Index revealed that Georgia was outperforming one country from the G7, 14 members of the EU and NATO, all EU membership candidate countries. Georgia ranks 1st in the Caucasus and Black Sea region and leads in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
