The discussion of the 2025 state budget continues in the Parliament. Several committees discussed the 2025 budget project today.

According to the primary document, the spending part of the combined budget increases by GEL 2,400,000,000 and totals GEL 31,200,000,000.

The Ministry of Finance explains that the draft budget finances all the obligations that the state assumed in 2025. An increase in pensions and salaries of public sector employees is envisaged.

The 2025 budget will be approved by the next Parliament.
