Based on the Global Competitiveness Report, in the “quality of regulations” rating, Georgia, with a 100% evaluation system, took 69% and ranked 5th among the states, and in Europe, it is in second place after Finland.

Based on the research of the World Economic Forum, the “quality of regulations” was evaluated by two criteria - the burden of government regulation and the prevalence of non-tariff barriers.
