External Merchandise Trade (excluding non-declared trade) of Georgia amounted to USD 19 022.4 million in January-October 2024, 5.5 percent higher year-on-year, reads the report of GeoStat.

The value of export increased by 7.4 percent reaching USD 5 468.4 million, while the import increased by 4.8 percent and amounted to USD 13 554.0 million. The trade deficit equaled USD 8 085.6 million and its share in trade turnover constituted 42.5 percent.
