The Executive Secretary of Georgian Dream described an appeal by 3 opposition parties [Coalition for Change, Unity - National Movement, Strong Georgia] to Theodoros Rousopoulos, President of Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, and factions of the body that asked them not to recognize the authority of Georgia’s Parliament delegation in the PACE, as “sabotage against Georgia”.

“This move is an act of hostility towards their own country. Every move made by these parties follows a plan dictated from outside the country.

These actions would place Georgia in the most difficult position possible, complicating relations with European structures and the United States and making them challenging or lengthy to resolve after the US presidential inauguration scheduled for January 20”, - added Mamuka Mdinaradze.
