The Prime Minister of Georgia met with the management of Abu Dhabi Ports Group.

During the meeting, the parties highlighted Abu Dhabi Ports Group’s major investment in the Tbilisi Dry Port project, which is scheduled for official inauguration in 2025. Discussions also covered prospects for further expanding cooperation on strategic logistics and transportation projects.

Following the meeting, the Head of Government of Georgia, together with the delegation, toured the infrastructure of Khalifa Port.

“We familiarized ourselves with the port’s operations. We have a very significant joint project underway and there is also interest in expanding operations in other directions within our country. We expressed our full readiness to deepen cooperation to the maximum extent. All of this will contribute to strengthening our country’s position and fully realizing our economic potential. Working with the United Arab Emirates, as well as with relevant companies and institutions, holds great prospects in every respect”, - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
