Georgian national team to face Finland in the quarterfinals of EuroBasket for the first time

The Georgian national team is in the quarterfinals of the EuroBasket for the first time. In Riga, the team will face the Finnish team.

In case of winning the match, Georgia will advance to the semifinals of the European Championship.

Due to the high demand of those wishing to attend the historic match, by the decision of the Prime Minister, another subsidized flight has been scheduled. The Air Baltic plane flew to Riga a few hours ago.

The Georgia-Finland match in Riga will start today at 18:00 Tbilisi time.
