Rcheulishvili family’s lawyer states that the decision on removing seizure from assets will enter into the force only if none of the sides will appeal the City Court"s decision.

According to the defense side, a part of the company, 41 objects in total are named, , which have been released from the lien, but this decision will enter into force on the first of May.

"We have two very serious investors. One of them wants to buy land, and will pay a serious amount for that. It will help us to finish construction of many objects,"- said Marine Tsutskiridze, the lawyer.
