Giorgi Abashishvili, the Chairman of the Parliament responds to the allegations of the Chairman of parliament. Irakli Kobakhidze accuses the President of Georgia , the opposition parties and experts of creating a destructive plan . Kobakhidze made a statement at the meeting with journalists.

"This is not the first time when we hear quite serious allegations against the president and his administration from the chairman of Parliament .It is unfortunate that the Chairman believes that discussions with the population about the constitutions a destructive action. Based on the principles of political culture of the country and state interests,we will not comment on such issues any more,"- said Giorgi Abashishvili.
