The Georgian government will have to answer the question  whether Mustafa Emre Chabuku is subject to political persecutionin the nearest future. However, Minister of Justice avoids speaking publicly on this issue. Tea Tsulukiani did not answer the question about Mustafa Emre Chabuk asked by journalists. She did not even wait for the question to be asked.

The Ministry of Refugees and Accommodation confirms that the discussion on granting political refugee status to Mustafa Emre Chabuk has begun.
This process will probably last for several months and the state will not be able to extradite him to Turkey in this period. The Minister of Refugees and Accommodation made this statement.

"The study implies the following ; to what extent his request for refugee status complies with the International Convention, International Standards and Georgian Legislation. The decision will be made accordingly. For this purpose, his lawyers have to submit those documents which show whether his case is in compliance with existing standars, "- said Sozar Subari.
