Ukrainian prosecutor"s office declared Mikheil Saakashvili wanted in Ukraine. According to Andrey Lucenko, Special Representative of Ukrainian Prosecutor"s Office, Mikheil Saakashvili is declared wanted in Ukraine. It is not excluded that the law enforcers detain him in 24 hours.

Until now, the Prosecutor"s Office requested to leave Mikheil Saakashvili under home arrest. Ukraine"s chief prosecutor, Yuri Lucenko, said that Saakashvili is a person who escaped from prison today.

The Ukrainian police is going to arrest all the people, including Rada"s lawmakers who helped Mikheil Saakashvili today.

The attemp to detain Mikheil Saakashvili started in Kiev after 7 o"clock in the morning.The commotion began shortly after 7 a.m. and was first made public by Saakashvili associate David Sakvarelidze.

"They"re breaking down the door at Mikheil Saakashvili"s home!" he wrote on Facebook, giving the address and apartment number.

The Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) said that Saakashvili’s residence was being searched as part of a criminal inquiry conducted by the Prosecutor General’s Office.S

In parallel with the mobilization of Special Forces, his supporters, party members and attorneys arrived at the house of Mikheil Saakashvili. However, lawyers were not allowed to join Saakashvili and they attempted to break the door of the house but failed.

About two hours after the Special Forces arrived, Mikheil Saakashvili moved to the roof of his house and addressed the supporters from there. Law enforcers went to the roof of Saakashvili"s house with a fiery staircase and brought him down .

Supporters and activists of the "New Forces Movement" leader besieged the law enforcers and did not allow them to leave the area.

During this time, the confrontation between the law enforcers and the supporters of Mikheil Saakashvili occurred several times. In spite of their demise, the Ukrainian special services used tear gas, but failed to break supporters.

Supporters of the former governor of Odessa freed Mikheil Saakashvili from the law enforcers after almost four-hour attempts and rushed to the Rada building to demand the impeachment.

Mikheil Saakashvili"s supporters are still in front of the Rada building and it is unknown how long the rally will continue.
