Chairperson of the Parliament, who was visiting Sweden, met with the Secretary of State for European Affairs of the Kingdom. The main topic of the conversation was Georgia`s European and Euro-Atlantic integration. According to Oscar Stanstrom, Sweden is an active supporter of Georgia`s western integration and will continue to assist the country in carrying out democratic reforms.

The sides discussed the security challenges in Georgia and the region and the situation on the occupied territories.
