Petro Poroshenko made a statement at a joint news conference with the President of Lithuania in Vilnius.

Ukraine"s first person claims that he does not interfere with the investigation against Mikheil Saakashvili and says that the case does not have any connection with his citizenship.

"He should respond to the investigation and the accusations made. If he does not respond, it shows the reasoning of the allegations. My position is as president, I have not been in this case and I do not see any interest. We must provide an objective, fair and impartial investigation, objective, fair and impartial court.
