Shota Shalelashvili, a member of the parliamentary majority, is waiting for political verdict of the ruling party. Whether Shalleashvili will be dismissed from the party due to a public statement unacceptable to the majority is unknown.
The relations became strained after Shota Shalalashviliaddressed the Prime Minister with an open letter where he asked Giorgi Kvirikashvili to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
