The National Movement starts collecting signatures on December 13 demanding the release of the third president of Georgia.

The party, together with Mikheil Saakashvili, demands release of all those persons who are arrested on political motives.

According to Nika Melia, political persecution is being carried out on Saakashvili, which is incompatible with a democratic country.

The opposition party demands from Ukraininn and the Georgian government to stop Mikheil Saakashvili"s political persecution , threatening with massive protests otherwise.
