The General Prosecutor"s Office of Ukraine demands two-month home arrest of the third president of Georgia. It is about using the electronic bracelet during the home arrest. The trial is scheduled at 12:00 local time at Peckersky County Court.

Mikheil Saakashvili has been taken from the preliminary detention center to the court building.

According to the team mates of the leader of the "New Forces Movement" l, Mikheil Saakashvili was brought to the preliminary detention isolator in the morning, but he did not sign the decree.

A large number of law enforcement officers are mobilized at the court. Members of the Special Forces are on the spot. Law enforcers are inside the building.

According to the existing information, today all the court hearings are postponed and only the case of Mikheil Saakashvili will be discussed.

Mikheil Saakashvili"s wife Sandra Roelofs is in court. She was planning to visit Mikheil Saakashvili. However, as Saakashvili"s lawyers s found out, he was taken to the court. Accordingly, the lawyers and Sandra Elisabeth Roelofs have already left for the court building.

Mikheil Saakashvili was in the pretrial detention isolator of Ukraine"s security service sartng from his detention till today.

As it is known, 72 hours of detention deadline expires today in the afternoon. The Ukrainian court should discuss the preventive measure for Mikheil Saakashvili.
