The judge has not satisfied the motion of several lawyers of Mikheil Saakashvili. The lawyers have been demanding to recuse the prosecutor.

According to the lawyers, the detention of Mikheil Saakashvili occurred on the background of procedural violations.

At this stage, the judge satisfied only one motion. The judge allowed Saakashvili to leave the prison cab in the courtroom. Now he is in the courtroom with his lawyers.
