Pichori Court releases Mikheil Saakashvili

The Pichora District Court dismissed the request of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine of home arrest for Mikheil Saakashvili and released the leader of the "New Forces Movement" from the courtroom.

The judge of the Pechora District Court received a decision several minutes ago. The decision was met in the courtroom with ovations and applause. The third president of Georgia is giving comments to media about the decision made at this moment.

Mikheil Saakashvili was detained on December 8. He was transferred to the Preliminary Detention Isolator of the Security Service.
