The Russian delegation has disrupted the 42nd round of Geneva talks. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia David Dondua said that Moscow"s representatives left the meeting after the Georgian side started talking about the issue of the IDPs return plan .

According to the Deputy Minister, during the meeting, the Georgian delegation focused on installation of barbed wire fences and artificial barriers and frequent detentions in Abkhazia crossings.

The conversation touched upon the demand for international security mechanisms in place of the ceasefire agreement. . The next round of Geneva talks was scheduled in March.
