The Prosecutor"s Office is investigating another fact of possible abuse of power by law enforcers. The General Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has begun to investigate the possible fault of the employees of the agency only after the accused Saralidze and Kupatadze publicly accused the policemen of inhuman treatment.

Davit Saralidze and Levan Kupatadze, accused in the attempted robbery of the apartment are now released ion bail, but the case against them is under investigation. The defendants report how the law enforcers abducted them from the Tbilisi Sea, physically assaulted them and falsified the evidence in the case.

According to lawyers, law enforcers took Saralidze"s car without sealing it from the place of detention and subsequently found inside a few items stolen from the apartments in Tbilisi, a few months ago. Lawyers claim that Salaridze and Kupatadze will be charged on these cases by fraudulent evidence.
