The Afghan Mukhtarli spoke about the Prime Minister and interior minister of Georgia at the trial. Courier asked the kidnapped journalist questions in the courtroom in Belakani.
Mukhtarli said that this was an agreed state crime and topd for the first time, how he was kidnapped from Tbilisi. According to Azerbaijani legislation, filming in the country is prohibited and the "Courier" journalist talked to the accused withouta camera.
The journalist spoke in detail t how he turned out in Azerbaijan from Georgia. Mukhtarli says that they have changed three cars. Also, he heard the conversation in the Georgian language and asserted that people who did it were criminal police officers.
Mukhtarli says that three police officers forced him into the car near the house. They put a plactic bag over his head.
"Greet the Prime Minister of Georgia from me, sooner or later he will have to answer. Kvirikashvili and Interior Minister, all together planned and committed a crime at the state level, "said Mukhtarli.
A trial of journalists kidnapped in Tbilisi was held today. The judge refused to interrogate the witnesses on the trial and the petitions of the defendants were not satisfied. Only the Prosecutor"s Office had the opportunity to present their witnesses in the trial hall.
The next trial was scheduled on December 28.
