The Kiev Court of Appeals  discusses the case of Mikheil Saakashvili today. Because of this process, Mikheil Saakashvili is no longer expected at the Ukraine"s Security Service for interrogation .

In about an hour and half a trial will begin at the Court of Appeals. The subdivisions of the law enforcement agencies have already been mobilized. Representatives of the National Guard and Police are located on the perimeter of the court.

The Court of Appeal discusses the prosecution"s motion today. The prosecution  has appealed against the decision of the Pechori District Court, which has not satisfied the request of the Prosecutor"s Office to impose the domestic arrest on Saakashvili.

According to Mikheil Saakashvili, the reasoned decision says that the case is falsified, so  no measures of  prevention should be taken against the third president of Georgia.

As for the Court of Appeal, Mikheil Saakashvili and his attorneys claim that there are judges who have judged the current General Prosecutor of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko. That"s why they do not have the expectation of a positive decision.

There is an assumption that after the verdict of the Court of Appeals  Mr. Saakashvili"s extradition to Georgia will be hastened.
