Employees of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance have detained three employees of the Revenue Service for abuse of official authority.

It was established that the defendants have revealed the fact of transportation of goods intended for entrepreneurial activities without an invoice. According to the law, they should impose a fine of 10 000 GEL.

However, according to the investigation, the detainees did not write the penalty for personal gain and damaged the budget.
