The Tbilisi City Court has postponed the trial of Mikheil Saakashvili till January 3, 2018. The Prosecution Party accuses the third president of Georgia of Abuse of power. The case concerns the pardoning of Girgvliani"s murder.
Judge Giorgi Arevadze satisfied the motion of Mikheil Saakashvili"s treasury attorney and postponed the trial till January 3.

Sopho Goglichidze notes that the time given by the judge at the previous hearing session was unreasonable.
