The third president of Georgia and former governor of Odessa district Mikheil Saakashvili sues Ukraine at the European Court of Human Rights. The leader of the "New Rights Movement" made this statement at the press conference in front of the State Security Service today.

Saakashvili once again spoke about the criminal case against him and said that the case is falsified.

According to him, a number of violations have been observed on December 5, when he was detained and itis confirmed by the decision of the Pechori Court.
