The health condition of the youth wounded during the special operation in Pankisi remains stably critical. 19-year-old Temirlan Machalikashvili was transferred from Telavi Referral Hospital to Tbilisi yesterday by the disaster center brigade.

Doctors still have difficulty making prognosis regarding the patient"s condition. The family members of the youth arrived in the capital. Parents of the wounded young man blame law enforcers in excess of force.

According to the family, Temirlan Machalikashvili has no connection with terrorism and the Special Forces came to their house by mistake.
