Today Tbilisi City Court will announce the decision on Zviad Ratiani"s case. The session is scheduled for 2 o"clock. The Ministry of Internal Affairs accuses the poet of administrative violations.

According to the agency, Ratiani resisted the police and committed petty hooliganism. The writer himself accused the law enforcers of violence.

The investigation was initiated by General Inspection and Prosecutor"s Office. At the previous session the Ministry of Internal Affairs disseminated video evidence on Zviad Ratiani"s case.

A few-minute fragments, which are captured by a mobile phone and a security camera installed in the police station, reflect only a small part of the detention.

None of the three video footage was taken by police with the shoulder camera.
