This was an offended, beaten and humiliated man- the poet Zviad Ratiani on the video footage depicting his detention.

Ratiani says that the footage was shot after the law enforcers physically abused him.

According to Zviad Ratiani"s lawyer, the decision made by the Tbilisi City Court will be partially appealed. Namely, the defence side will appeal to the part of hooliganism.

Ana Nasrashvili responded to the statement made by the judge. According to her, such fact has never been practised in the judiciary. The judge said that if not for New Year"s days, Ratiani would be imprisoned.
