The lawyers of detainees in Pankisi and Tbilisi have signed the non-disclosure agreement . Zurab Gornakakishvili"s lawyer has recently met with the investigator. According to the lawyer, his client was informed about the non-disclosure agreement . Irakli Benia says that Zurab Gornakashvili"s wish is not to make certain information public.
