Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia opened a new building of the Police Department of Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti regions.

Giorgi Gakharia talked about the reform of the police system and said that the new building will facilitate the effective operation of the agency.

"Policemen will be able to work more efficiently and comfortably in a new building. The old building could not endure any criticism ... This is one of the components of our plan to make the police system more efficient. Be more oriented, citizen-oriented and most importantly, preventive oriented. There are all the conditions here, all functional elements are provided, "Giorgi Gakharia said.
