Georgian soldiers celebrated Christmas in Afghanistan

Georgian soldiers in peacekeeping mission in Afghanistan celebrated Christmas at Mazar Sharif military base.

The Third Infantry Brigade has a strong military presence since July 2017.

The ceremonial service was held by Kaplan,of the 31st Battalion Father Gobron Zivzivadze.

The Chief Military Officer of the Georgian Armed Forces, Colonel Archil Omiadze, Georgian military servicemen and military and civilians of different nationalities attended the solemn liturgy.
