Appeal Court to render decision on case of accused in wounding Police Officers at Club Basiani today

Whether the form of the preventive measure will be changed for Tamaz Kvlividze who was released on bail -the Court of Appeal should render the decision of today. Kvlvividze is accused of wounding the police officer and two members of the security of the club "Basiani".

The case against him is launched under three articles. One of these is a deliberate serious injury to the body.

26-year-old inflicted serious injuries to three people after he was not allowed into the club. Along with the victims, the prosecution demands to rchange preventive measure for Tamaz Kvlividze

Kvlividze"s lawyer accuses media and NGOs of putting pressure on the court.
