GYLA - Calls for Property Cancellation Agreement with "International Event"

The Georgian Young Lawyers" Association calls on the property management agency to cancel the contract signed with the "International Event".

Ltd"s Philharmonic Grand Concert Hall has been leased for 49 years, but lawyers claim that the company does not fulfill its obligations.

"Young Lawyers Association" does not exclude the possible connection of the Minister of Culture Mikheil Giorgadze with the company

"The contract envisages specific liabilities, even in the management part, in the delivery of information and so on, which is not fulfilled. GYLA has published a number of researches concerning the relationship between LLC "International Event" and the state, including the fact that company is registered in the apartment of the Minister of Culture, "said Salome Saraladze.
