A Head of the Georgian delegation makes a statement before the talks in Geneva within the framework of the international discussion.

David Dondua once again notes that a joint statement regarding the non-use of force will only be adopted if the text satisfies the Georgian side and Russia takes responsibility.

"Georgia, Russia and the US are sides in Geneva negotiations and co-chairs are the EU, the UN and the OSCE representatives. Russia tries to portray itself as if they have nothing to do with this conflict and it is a conflict between Georgians and Abkhazians and Georgians and Ossetians, "says Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia David Dondua.
