60 US diplomats will leave Russia. The United States consulate in Saint-Petersburg will also be closed.

At the end of the day, Russian Foreign Minister announced about the Kremlin"s response to all those countries who have expressed solidarity with the UK regarding Skripal.
Moscow will expel the same number of American diplomats as Washington and will shut down the US Consulate General in Saint Petersburg, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced.

"The measures will be reciprocal… They include expulsion of the equivalent number of diplomats and they include our decision to withdraw our agreement to allow the United States" general consulate to operate in St. Petersburg," Lavrov told a briefing.

Moscow"s actions are called unjustified in Washington.

According to the US State Department spokeswoman, the United States will adequately respond to Moscow"s actions.
