Representatives of non-governmental organizations working on women"s violence are meeting members of the President"s Administration and Pardon Commission. The meeting has been underway for two hours already in the presidential administration.

Giorgi Margvelashvili receives advices from the civil sector, in what case should the retention be used against the convict and how to determine the actions of the real violator.

At the meeting there is talk about what types of actions should be taken and how to avoid mistakes in pardoning the convicts.

The president announced a moratorium on violence and issue of pardon. He commenced consultations with civil sector representatives and specialists.
