Changes on the procedure of changing the surname will be discussed in the third hearing in Parliament

According to the initiative, the citizen will be able to change the surname only in special cases. The initiative is due to frequent violations of the rules of visa liberalization by citizens of Georgia on the agenda.

According to the official information, violation of the rules of visa regime is often conducted by changing the surname.
