Zviad Kuprava, a head of "Center for Reforms of the Law Enforcers", claims that Mirza Subeliani, a former high ranking official of the Prosecutor"s Office has scandalous video footage of Vano Merabishvili"s withdrawal from the prison cell.

Kuprava says that Subeliani has this video footage and he personally had a conversation with Siberian about the publicity.

Subeliani"s father-in-law and the former MP -Boris Kakubava contacted and threatened Kakupaba yesterday. The phone conversation, which was obtained by "Courier", relates to this video footage.

Zviad Kupparava is summoned to the Prosecutor"s Office for questioning today.
