Ultimatum to Prime Minister - Zaza Saralidze demands punishment of murderers of his son untill June 10

Giorgi Kvirikashvili and Interior Minister Giorgi Gakharia met with parents of the minors killed in Khorava Street and Malkhaz Machalikashvili, father of Tamirlan Machalikashvili who was killed in the Pankisi Gorge. All the meetings were attended by Public Defender Nino Lomjaria.

The father of the killed Davit Saralidze has set an ultimatum to Prime Minister. At the request of Zaza Saralidze, before 10 June, all the persons who were involved in the murder of his son should be punished.

Otherwise, Zaza Saralidze will go to the street with the demand of resignation of the government and the protests will be even larger.

The meeting of the father of the murdered teenager, his lawyer, the Public Defender and Interior Minister was held at the government administration for more than an hour.

Zaza Saralidze"s meeting with the Prime Minister started one hour later. In the meantime, the Prime Minister"s administration laid out the list of people who were to attend the meeting. Initially, the statement released by the Prime Minister did not mention the father of Temirlan Machalikashvili, who has been standing on Rustaveli with Zaza Saralidze for a week.

Malkhaz Machalikashvili, who was dissatisfied with the position of the head of the government, declared protest rallies, and his lawyer called upon the residents of Pankisi and other regions for support.

After this call, the Prime Minister changed the decision and Malkhaz Machalikashvili received the right to attend with his attorney. The Prime Minister has pledged to study Temirlan Machalikashvili"s case in detail and react in a reasonable time.

Levan Dadunashvili, the father of another juvenile killed in Khorava Street did not hide the satisfaction regarding the meeting with the Prime Minister. According to the family attorney, the family does not have political demands.

The next meeting with the head of the government was not announced.
