Leaving political post without explaining to society, why you leave is insulting on the one hand and on the other hand it is against the democratic political process, "President of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili speaks about the resignation of Zurab Pataridze, the head of Adjara government .

According to Giorgi Margvelashvili, politicians are obliged to explain the reasons for resignation to society. According to the President, the questions about the PM Kvirikashvili"s resignation remain unanswered.

Giorgi Margvelashvili did not specify whether he had communications with the former prime minister after Giorgi Kvirikashvili had decided to resign.

The President of Georgia is in Batumi. Giorgi Margvelashvili met with members of the Supreme Council of Adjara and held consultations on the candidacy of the head of the government.
